Context
Everon (formerly ADT Commercial) is a leading provider of integrated security, fire and life safety solutions for enterprise commercial customers across 300,000 sites in the United States.
I led a team of two designers, working closely with product managers, frontend and backend developers and QA engineers. Together we rebuilt an old platform around a new business direction and user feedback.
In parallel, I built a design system from scratch and ran regular workshops with the team and stakeholders to align solutions for users with business goals.
