A global rethink of how sellers quote and close infrastructure upgrade deals. From fragmented process to a consolidated, AI-enabled experience. Built as a proof of concept to earn executive alignment and initiate full product development.

With the North Star vision approved, the challenge became delivery. Sellers were losing deals right now. I led research, journey mapping, and phased roadmap design through to a shipped MVP that removed hours of error-prone data work from every deal.

Get to know me

I started in a small studio working on e-commerce products alongside people who were at the absolute forefront of UX back then. They became my mentors, and many of them are still close friends today. From there came banks, social networks, complex management systems, and smart home platforms. I still remember Luke Wroblewski and Mobile First, Brad Frost and Atomic Design. These weren't ideas I was just reading about, I was putting them into practice with my teams in real time.

Today I lead end-to-end interaction, visual and strategic design across enterprise products used by thousands of partners and sellers worldwide. The problems are bigger, the systems are more complex, and the stakes are higher. And I love that.

I care about work that's invisible in the best way. When something just works and the person using it never has to think about why. That's what I'm chasing on every project.

Blast from the past: When I was a teenager I got my hands on a Windows Mobile phone and couldn't get over how painful the system and built-in apps were. So instead of accepting it, I redesigned them. Posted the results in a forum where people traded ideas on making these devices actually usable, and together we collected feedback and shipped something better. That was the moment I realised what I actually wanted to do. Not draw beautiful pictures. Make people's lives easier.
